  • Online orders can be picked up in-store. If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive a Pick Up Notice when your order is ready to pick up. 


Online Returns:

  • Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund if conditions are met.
  • Items may be shipped back to us or brought into the store.
  • Items must be in *NEW* condition, with tags attached.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you purchased online and need to ship back an item, please contact us for a return shipping label.
  • All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. 

In-store Returns:

  • Items purchased in store may be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different item.
  • Items must be in *NEW* condition, with tags attached and be accompanied by a receipt.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  •  If exchanging with an item of higher value than the returned item, the difference will need to be paid at time of the exchange.
  • We do not offer refunds for items purchased in-store.
  • All sale items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned. 

*New indicates unworn, unwashed, and absent of untreatable marks and excessive smells (example - cigarette smoke). Must be able to put back out on sales floor.

*We understand that finding the perfect bra requires some trial and error. We encourage you to contact us prior to returning an item if you are unhappy with your purchase.

*Curvaceous Lingerie has the right to refuse any returned product on the basis that we believe is has been worn or damaged. Damaged products may include, but is not limited to the presence of extreme odor, the bra cup being broken (permanently creased from one side being pushed into the other), torn or pulled fabric, yeast or deodorant marks that cannot be removed, etc.
