All returned items must be in *new condition with tags and receipt within 30 days of purchase.
Items returned without tags and receipt will be issued store credit.
If you purchased online and need to ship back an item, please contact us for a return shipping label. Online orders are eligible for full refund if all conditions are met.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
*New indicates unworn, unwashed, and absent of untreatable marks and excessive smells (example - cigarette smoke). Must be able to put back out on sales floor.
We understand that finding the perfect bra requires some trial and error. We encourage you to contact us prior to returning an item if you are unhappy with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days for an item of equal or lesser value. Tags must be included with the product you are exchanging. If exchanging with an item of higher value than the returned item, the difference will need to be paid at time of the exchange.
Curvaceous Lingerie has the right to refuse any returned product on the basis that we believe is has been worn or damaged. Damaged products may include, but is not limited to the presence of extreme odor, the bra cup being broken (permanently creased from one side being pushed into the other), torn or pulled fabric, yeast or deodorant marks that cannot be removed, etc.
